NEW OWNERS   Welcome to all new homeowners and club members.  To register with the clubhouse please bring your HUD-1 form or title of your new property along with a copy of your driver's license or other valid identification.  You will be required to fill out a form listing all family members and sign for a copy of the rules and regulations as well as a waiver for any children between the ages of fourteen through eighteen. Not all homes are members of the Club, please check with the staff at the clubhouse if you are not sure.  Membership cards are required for each person in your family for those fourteen and over, at a cost of $10 each, to be paid by check or money order.  Lanyards are also available for $5 each.  Be prepared to have your photo taken for each ID issued.  Members using the club can be asked to produce their membership card at any time upon request by a staff member. Cards are required to gain entry through most doors in the Club.  

Membership fees are due quarterly for the master association in addition to the fees for your neighborhood association.  Please check with your management company for your neighborhood fees.
HOURS OF OPERATION  The pools and fitness room are open from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily.  The lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.  Access is through the front door during open lobby hours and through the back gate and back door when the lobby is not open.
CLUB RULES  Please read and become familiar with the rules and regulations of the clubhouse.  Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult club member.  Children may not remain in the pool area alone or use or remain in the fitness center.  Ages 14 - 18 may not be responsible for younger members or guests. Wristbands will be required for all guests during the summer months.  Please review the rules regarding the guest policy.
PARTY RESERVATIONS  Members of the club may use specified areas of the club for personal events at which the club member must be in attendance.  Please see the attached reservation request form along with a copy of the rules and regulations regarding the use of the facilities.  A deposit and fee is required before a reservation can be confirmed.  Tables and chairs are available for use.  We have 7 rectangular tables that are six feet long and 50 folding metal chairs.  When using the back patio furniture, please be sure to cover the metal tables so they are not scratched and to protect the fabric of the cushions.

Once the agreement is received and the deposit and fee are paid, a contract will be created in the clubhouse office to be signed by the homeowner. 
SAUNAS    The saunas are located in each restroom facility and the key is available upon request at the front desk.  Members are required to sign a waiver for usage with the understanding that the saunas are dry saunas and cannot have water added without shorting out the system.
TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS Members are required to contact the front desk at 979-9595 for reservations for the use of the tennis courts.  Club member cards are required to access the courts.  Basketball court use is first come, first served.  

 Please note that all facilities, to include the tennis and basketball courts, are monitored by cameras at all times with live monitoring after hours.
