TPNOA PAYMENTS
Tampa Palms North and Clubhouse maintenance fees are due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Please ensure your payments have the correct coupon is attached.
Payments to the master association are paid through Condominium Associates (CA), please see instructions for payment options below.

Please be aware that membership in the Tampa Palms North Owner's Association has separate maintenance fees from the neighborhood or condo that you own. Each neighborhood or condo has their own fees as well. Check with your association to see if you are responsible for fees in your community as well as Tampa Palms North.
If you are unable to access your TPNOA account, please contact the Tampa Palms North office at 813-979-9595 to assist with setting up online access. Coupons can be ordered at 727-573-9300. Coupon books are mailed each year to the address on record. Please remember that the amount due can change each year depending on the approved budget. Check the Budget tab under TPNOA News to check the current year budget information to make the correct payment amount. Maintenance fees are subject to change annually and are voted on at a Board meeting in October each year. Please check your account online at the link above to ensure that the correct mailing address is listed for your home.
Payments can be dropped off at the Club Tampa Palms office, paid online at the link above or mailed to the address on the coupon to: Your Association Name (Tampa Palms North), P.O. Box 22437, Tampa, FL 33622-2437. If you do not have your coupon, please be sure to have your account number and property address listed on your check. Checks or money orders must be made out to Tampa Palms North Owner's Association, Inc. or 'TPNOA'. Payments brought to the Club office will be scanned for processing within five business days. Making a payment to the Club office will not guarantee that the payment will not be considered late.
If you wish to have your payment automatically deducted from your account each quarter, the request form is available at the link below. The completed automatic debit forms can be mailed to the Condominium Associates address listed on the form, emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at the Club Tampa Palms office for your convenience. Please note that the automatic debit forms and coupon payments are not sent to the same address. ACH Debit Forms are available on the link below and in the Tampa Palms North office located in the Club. Forms must be returned by December 15th for the January fees to be deducted using this payment method. Please remember to delete your current setup.
